Guacamole

Ingredients:
1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and cubed
1 tablespoon salsa
1 garlic clove, peeled
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
In a food processor, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl; serve immediately. Yield: 3/4 cup.
