Caramel and Chocolate Coffee

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh, regular, brewed Folgers coffee
2 tablespoons caramel ice cream topping
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1 to 2 tablespoons cream (optional)

Directions:
1. Stir together.
2. Serve hot.
