GIN RICKEY

Juice of 1/2 lime
4 oz. club soda
2 oz. gin


Squeeze lime juice into highball glass and drop the rind in. Add ice cubes, gin and club soda. Stir gently. Slip into your silk suit, pop CASSABLANCA into your VCR, settle back and slip away.
