Sausage-and-Pepper Dogs

Directions
Halve hot dogs lengthwise; saute in olive oil with sliced bell peppers and onions. Add some chopped garlic, a pinch each of cayenne and fennel seeds and a splash of water. Serve on toasted hoagie rolls.
